Futsal club management
The whole club in one room.
From Tuesday's training to Saturday's final whistle. Training, tactics, call-ups, health and the match sheet, filled in on the sideline with the game under way.
A club's week, in one place.
A club's work happens in three moments. Squadroom is in all three, and what you write in one is already done in the next.
- 1
Before the game
Sessions built once and reused, moves drawn on the board and published to the squad, and the call-up locked the moment you publish it.
- Reusable training plans
- Tactics published to the squad
- The call-up as an image, to share where the team already talks
- 2
During the game
The sheet is filled in on the sideline, on a phone. The clock runs on the game and not on the device, so a second phone in the stand shows the same time.
- The clock runs on the game, not the device
- Team fouls counted to five
- Substitutions carry the minute they happened
- 3
After the game
Fix whatever slipped past without a rush. Every minute, goal and attendance comes out of what was recorded.
- Fix and attribute what was missed
- Statistics by season and by competition
- The whole season in one Excel file
The product, screen by screen.
Real screens from the application, with a demonstration club and a season already played. This is what a coach opens on a tablet beside the court and on a phone at the touchline. They are in menu order, from the squad to the statistics.
Squad
Goalkeepers kept apart from outfield players, and anybody unavailable counted at the top.
Call-up
Fit players first, and whoever is left out with the reason in view. Publish to lock it, and the squad can open it.
Starting five
Picked from the called-up squad, before the whistle. One comes off whenever another goes on.
Live game
The clock runs on the game, the tabs lock at kick-off and every entry keeps the minute it happened.
Training
Attendance marked on the sheet and each player effort, from 1 to 10.
Building a plan
Library drills put in order, with the minutes on each and the total planned. It is saved and reused.
Building a drill
The drill drawn on the court, with players, opponents, ball, cones and arrows, plus the coaching points, the equipment and the duration.
Try the tactics board
It is the same board the squad opens when a coach publishes a move. Press play and watch the move run, or stop it at any moment. No sign-up needed.
Tactics
One board per moment, kept as a draft until you publish. Only what you publish reaches the squad.
Statistics
Wins, draws and losses, recent form and the goals in every game, by season or by competition.
The call-up comes out as an image.
The image carries the crest, the opponent, the round, the meeting time and place, and the list with numbers and names. It goes out through the phone share button, straight to the group where the team already talks, or is saved as a file. We send nothing on your behalf, and that is deliberate: the announcement stays yours, where the squad already is. On the player side, the first thing they read on opening is whether they are in, when and where.
One phone on the touchline.
The clock runs on the game and not on the device, so two phones show the same time. Team fouls count up against the five-foul limit. Each substitution keeps the minute it happened, and every player's minutes come out of that.
- 20
- min per half
- 5
- players on the pitch
- 5
- Team fouls
-
Opens in a browser
On a phone or a tablet, and there is nothing to install.
-
The screen does not go dark
While the console is open the device stays awake.
-
Locked during the game
The tabs close at kick-off and one tap unlocks them.
-
Two devices, one clock
The clock runs on the game, so the stand sees the same time as the touchline.
What comes next.
In this order, and without dates: we would rather tell you what we are working on than promise a month. None of it is in the product today.
-
Eleven-a-side football
Not yetThe pitch is already drawn and its measurements are done, and the match sheet already knows how to count two halves. What is missing is letting a club choose the sport. It is the next step.
-
More than one team in a club
Not yetToday one club is one squad, so a club with a senior side and a junior side is two separate clubs. After football, they become one, with separate squads.
-
Other indoor sports
Not yetThe match sheet, the clock and the foul count are already written per sport rather than by hand. After football, opening the others is mostly writing down each set of rules.
