Club management.
The season's paperwork, the fees and every team's games, for whoever runs the club.

Overview
The club at a glance, and what to deal with first.
- Exams, registrations and late fees in one list, each with its own button
- Money in per month and how many are ready to play in each team
- The next 30 days: games, fees falling due and exams ending

Games
Every team's weekend, and each team's season.
- Who plays, where and when, across every team
- The latest results and each team's form
- The club's top scorers

A game opened
Each game opens with the score, the scorers and what happened, read only.

Club office
The season's paperwork, player by player, alongside the federation's system.
- Identity, the guardian of a minor and the sports medical exam
- The association registration and the documents it asks for in each case
- The call-up shows who has paperwork missing, without blocking anyone

A player's record
Each player has a record for the season: identity, exam, documents handed in and registration.

The association's documents
The club's association's forms and rules, grouped by purpose and with the official source.

Treasury
Each team's fees, and who has paid.
- Fees per team, with exemptions and discounts
- Payments in cash, by transfer, MB WAY or Multibanco
- Who owes and for how long; nothing is collected or invoiced

Who owes
Each team shows who is up to date and who owes, with the amount and for how long.

- Ask who owes and who cannot play yet
- Register players and payments from a message or a spreadsheet
- Nothing is saved without a card to confirm

Personal data
Tax numbers, documents, exams and money, often of minors. So club management has tighter rules.
- Whoever opens club management confirms with an authenticator code.
- Every read and every change of personal data goes into the access log: who, what, whose and when.
- Tax and document numbers are hidden on screen.
- Each club manager can have club management alone, without the team dashboard.
- Nothing is sent to the federation or read from its systems: the paperwork is kept by hand, alongside.
